APP CRASH - izbacuje me iz pesa 16

reinstalirao sam windows ,i kada sam napravio dll fajlove i net framework ,kada udjem u pes 16 izbaci me kada treba da udje u meni ... trebam pomoc hvala unapred

nasao sam resenje ako ima neko isti problem

1.close the game
2. open cmd as adminstrator
3. write "netsh winsock reset"
4. then reboot pc
